Working in community educational leadership since 1996

Why This Matters:

Because learners of ALL ages  need to be college, career and community ready for life in the 21st century!

The Dream Big Institute recognizes the need for building the capacities of youth, professionals and other learners

using mindful & asset-based approach to learning.

People need assistance getting from their present state to their desired state of being!

This is not about test scores

It's about the due diligence of minding the businesses that we are in: education, community youth development and leadership. It's about paying attention to who we are, what we do, how we choose to lives that contribute to a better world. This work is about discovery, and rediscovery of what we do, why we do it, and how to do it better.
